Wading For Dawn

Digital illustration originally created as a screen print and later re-adapted into an animation for a video projection mapping project in 2023. The illustration was initially sketched and digitized in Adobe Illustrator, with the screen print produced using the drawing fluid method.
Life in Plastic Political Poster
2024
Originally a video projection mapping project, Life in Plastic was adapted from an animation into a political poster, amplifying its commentary on ocean plastic waste. The piece was created using three colors, with each layer blended using halftones in Photoshop. The layers were then printed separately and burned onto screens using a photo emulsion technique.
Untitled: CMYK Screen Print
2024
This untitled project involved taking a digital artwork created in Procreate and dividing it into four layers: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Using Photoshop, each color layer was transformed into offset halftones, designed to blend seamlessly when printed on top of one another. This CMYK screen printing process represents one of the earliest methods of modern printing.
The Curse

This screen printing project combined digital and hand-drawn techniques to create a layered design. Most of the layers were based on a digital piece made in Adobe Illustrator and Procreate, while the texture layer, featuring the snake scales, was created using a hand-drawn technique.

It marked a turning point in my artistic journey, where I began exploring digital tools and techniques to bring my personal ideas to life. The narrative could be based on any story, including those from childhood or imagined ones. I chose to draw inspiration from one of my favorite series growing up, Sailor Moon.
